1 Account Registration

To use the q78 platform you must create a registered account. 4 Sports Betting Rules

q78 offers pre-match and live betting markets across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the rules applicable to the specific sport and market. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed — the odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager.

Live betting markets close and reopen at q78's discretion during a match. Bets placed on closed markets are void. In the event of a technical fault that results in incorrect odds being published, q78 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where q78 explicitly offers a cash-out feature on the specific market.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules, affected bets will be settled according to the relevant sport rules displayed on the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, q78 will freeze the wallet balance for the duration of the review. If the investigation concludes that a breach of these terms has occurred, q78 reserves the right to confiscate any balance in the account. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance will remain accessible.

• Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard verification.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, q78 will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded account for the duration specified.
